Movement at the end Of the leg;
The big toe points forward.
Line 2
Movement at the middle Of the leg;
The calves twitch.
To stay rooted brings abundance
But there is sorrow in moving

Forward. Movement at the top Of the leg;
The thighs flex and prepare.
Hold your position and Qi will follow.
Going forward brings disappointment.

Consulting the oracle reverently
Brings abundance and absence of worry,
Indecision is contagious.
Do not hesitate
Or you will reveal your private self.

Movement in your back and spine.
Lift the back and raise the Qi, And you will have no regrets.

Movement in the mouth.
The teeth are lightly clenched And the tongue revolves within.
Sweet dew descends to the Lower Heaven.
