Look for opportunities to exercise self-control and strengthen your will. Avoid those who would indulge your weaknesses and obsessions. Above all, stand firm. Even in the face of great opposition and jealousy, stand firm
Poem — Sifu John A. Fey
Thunderous rumbles beneath the ground
Signal the coming and going
Of an ancient force
That reveals the heart of the Tao.

Alchemic Wisdom — Yao Tsi (Line Verses)
Line 1
Stop short and do not fill to the brim.
Embrace the Qi of returning
And have no regrets about turning back.
Great abundance will follow.
Line 2
The Qi of resolving and returning
Reveals the abundant Tao Source of life.
Line 3
Not rested, confused;
Not knowing
Whether you are coming or going.
Incessant returning and second guessing
Is dangerous.
Be cautious and wary and you won't misstep.
Line 4
Walk the central path
Slowly and deliberately.
Walk alone and undisturbed
When turning back to the source.
Line 5
Embrace the Qi of yielding and honesty
Return to the source
And you will have no regrets.
Line 6
Confusion abounds;
Evil multiplies one hundred times.
Reversal of fortune.
Move the army back home
Because the great defeat has already occurred.
The ruler will not recover for ten years.
