COMMENTARY 81
BODY: Taoist Cultivators are not boisterous and do not brag about their accomplishments. They do not engage in complicated arguments or try to persuade you with elegant speeches. Rather than speak about accomplishment or success, they simply make themselves available to it.
BODY: For a Cultivator, the formula for a complete experience of life is a simple and unambiguous one: simply enter the Tao Source and live!
-4 BODY: The translation is plain. Words that truly inspire are simple and common words delivered in the vernacular of the people. Ordinary words, spoken from a place of gratitude and humility, have the greatest ability to transform people and the lives they lead.
-7 BODY: These three stanzas encapsulate the Taoist world view.
-10 BODY: Taoist Cultivators live to appreciate the world and everyone in it. They are generous and helpful to others because they understand that all of us are connected to each other as expressions of the Tao Source. Realizing this fact and living his life accordingly, the Cultivator of the Tao becomes the steward and benefactor of the entire universe.
